Shipping Policy

We ship across India and offer free shipping to all our customers. Orders are shipped free of cost all across India. However, orders worth less than Rs. 1,000/- will have an additional cost of Rs. 100 as shipping charges. In order to remove the shipping charges, you can keep your cart value to a minimum of Rs. 1,000/-.

You can expect your order to reach you within upto 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification from us which will include a tracking link that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@callas.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
