We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. The item will not be accepted for cancellation if the number of hours exceeds 24.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the cancellation was approved. If accepted, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be offered on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
